Dr. Willums has co-founded or been a seedinvestor in11 early-stage cleantech companies , including Comutas Expert System (Scandinavias first AI company) , THINK Global (first European EV) , sharing group Move About (now Listed), solar panel pioneer REC (now listed), maritime battery company ZEM (now part of Volvo Penta), and Nordic Batteries, through his investment company Inspire Invest. He was a founding international director of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development in Geneva, and is on the advisory board of the European development Bank (EBRD)
